  • How do I place an order?
    You may place an order over the phone or on WhatsApp at +974-5550-2804. You may also order on our website. Follow these steps to place an order with us online: 1. Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page. 2. When you finish selecting the items, click on “Cart” at the top right corner of the page to review your selected items, add order notes if there is any further details you wish to share with us about your order. 3. Click on “Checkout” and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You’ll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
  • Am I required to create an account to place order?
    While you are not required to create an account with us in order to make a purchase, it is highly recommended. By creating an account with us, you gain the ability to view your past orders, check the status of current orders and track each shipment. Additionally, you’ll be able to save your account information with us, expediting the process for your next login and orders.
  • Does Bling Baby ship worldwide?
    We are proud to ship internationally, delivering renowned and custom made garments around the world! We use FedEx express shipping services and our packages deliver within 5-7 business days.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    You may check the status of your order by logging into your account. By doing so, you will be able to view all of the details of your current and past orders.
  • Are all items on the website are ready to ship?
    All of the products listed on the site are available and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Custom made orders may take up to 3-5 business days to ship, depending on the item ordered. You can find more details about the items availability and custom made orders production time on the product description.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We only accept PayPal – a safe secure service that accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks. We process all orders through our SSL secured shopping cart. We are a verified online boutique, so you can rest assured that your account and transaction information are entirely safe. We do not see or store your credit card information.
  • How will I know when my order is shipped?
    We will send you an automatic email when your order is shipped. We will also provide you with the tracking number so you may also check the status of your shipment at your convenience.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    We will try our best to accommodate modifications to orders that are new. If an order is in processing, it has been already shipped to you at the specified shipping address, we will be unable to modify it. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at hello@blingbaby.store with your inquiry in full, as well as your order number.
  • Will I be charged Sales Tax with my order?
    No, we do not collect Sales Tax from all countries.
  • An item I am looking for has already sold out. Will you restock it?
    You will find that next to each “sold out” item, there is a feature entitled “Email Me When Available”. Be sure to enter your email and details that you are interested in, and we’ll email you if the item becomes available.
